Cancellation Policy

1. Agreement Overview This Agreement outlines the terms of your non-renewing 4-week membership with [Wiseway Academy] (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By submitting your registration, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in accordance with California law. 2. Membership Term & Fees This membership is valid for four (4) weeks, beginning on your selected start date. Total cost: $[Insert Fee], payable in full at signup. This is a non-renewable, one-time subscription. A new agreement is required to continue after the 4-week term. No automatic renewals or recurring billing apply. 3. Pause Policy 3.1 Standard Pause (One-Time, Up to 7 Days) You may pause your subscription once, for up to seven (7) consecutive days. Notice must be provided at least 48 hours in advance. The pause extends your subscription by the number of paused days (up to 7). Requests must be submitted via email to [Insert Email] or at the front desk. Note: If you attend any session during a week, that week is counted and cannot be paused retroactively. 3.2 Medical or Injury-Related Pause (Indefinite) Requires valid documentation from a licensed medical provider. Subscription will be paused until cleared to return. Time missed will be credited in full. This does not count against your standard pause. 4. Refunds & Cancellation 4.1 5-Day Right to Cancel (California Law) You may cancel within five (5) business days of purchase for a full refund. 4.2 After 5 Days Refunds are available (prorated) only in cases of: Medical inability (documentation required) Death (for estate reimbursement)
